Welcome to Stage & Mind Psychology
The arts can be an incredibly rewarding part of life but they can also come with unique pressures that aren't always easy to navigate.
Stage & Mind Psychology provides psychological services for people across the Australian arts community, including performers, creatives, production teams, educators and students. Whether you're on stage, behind the scenes, in the studio, in the classroom or somewhere in between, this is a space where the things that matter to you can be understood in the context of your whole life.
My approach is warm, individualised and grounded in psychological evidence, with an understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health or wellbeing.
Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.
